In recent months, I have been confronted with a number of emails asking for a device that has all the circuitry to generate a "Pulsed Output" and can be installed by flight simmers who have little on no Electronics Knowledge. This is the answer; Introducing the Model 2060. The concept behind this design is simple. The Model 2060 has 5 toggle switches; each Switch has the electronics needed to create an output "Pluse" each time the switch is flipped from one position into the other. The output "Pulses" are sent to 5 standard RCA jacks (through a Glass Diode) on the back of the board. The 6th RCA jack is used to provide the needed +5 VDC for its operation.

But where to you go from here? You still need the Switch Array to be connected to your computer through a USB Port. The answer; We've teamed-up the 2060 Toggle Switch Array with our New USB Junction Box (Model 2050). Using 5 cables with RCA connectors on each end, you can easily connect the output from the Switch Array and plug it into any of the 20 available RCA jacks on the Junction Box. The 6th RCA Cable is connected from the 2060 to anyone of the 4 POWER Output Jacks on the 2050. Then just by connecting the USB Cable from the Junction Box to your computer's USB Port, you can then program the Switch Array to any available Flight Simulator Function. These functions can be from Microsoft's FS2002, FS2004, FS X, X-Plane or even FSUIPC.

For an added Bonus, the USB Junction Box will accept up to FOUR Switch Array Circuit Boards at any one time (it is recommended that the Junction Box be connected to a Powered USB Adapter to prevent any drain on your computer system).

Just think; You can EASILY add 20 Toggle Switches to your Flight Desk in Minutes! And BEST of ALL;

 NO Knowledge of Electronics is NEEDED!

The Switch Array Measures Approx: 5.0 inches by 2.5 inches
For those of you with Electronics experiance, you can also wire the Switch Array to our
USB to 20 Button INTERFACE (Model 2040)

2040 Wiring Instructions can be found HERE

Suggested Mounting and Installation

To make the 2060 a Universal Flight Sim product, we designed the Array to be mounted to your own Commercial Aircraft Flight Deck (Boeing 737, Airbus ect.) or Private Aircraft Panel such as the Mooney, Beechcraft or even the Cessna. Mounted to your Panel from the rear, the switches on the 2060 are evenally spaced at 1.0 inch with a diameter of 0.25 inches. The Switch Array can be mounted to any Panel up to 0.25 inch thick.

Decide where the Switch Array is to be located on your Panel. Place five pencil marks at 1.0 inch spacing; then using a 0.25in drill bit, drill five holes at these marks. When complete; sand smooth. Take the 2060 and remove the nuts and washers on each of the five switches. From the rear of the panel, carefully push the switches through the holes just drilled and fasten to the panel using the previously removed nuts. Adjust the "Support Screw" to allow the Circuit Board to lie flat against the Panel.

Then take 6 RCA Cables (up to 36 inches in length) and connect the Switch 1 - Switch 2 - Switch 3 Switch 4 - Switch 5 RCA jacks to any input on the USB Junction Box. Then take the 6th Cable and connect it from the "POWER" jack from the 2060 to any of the 4 available Power Output jacks on the Junction Box.

Connect the USB Cable from the Junction Box to any available USB Port from your computer. The computer will sense the Junction Box as "USB Junction Box Model 2050". Then program the desired Switch Functions into you favorite Flight Simulator Program.

THAT'S ALL THERE IS TO IT!
